I greatly enjoyed the room with extra large balcony. The staff there were amicable and amiable. The hotel was located in the middle of the city. The place was steps away from Ristorante la Forchetta, where you can have dinner.

Very comfy bed, spotlessly clean bathroom and TV set with satellite channels, central heating, and an individual safe in the room. Very central location right in the heart of town. And so close to restaurants and shopping and sights as well as town centre.

Fairly clean hotel, appreciated to be adjacent to duomo restaurants and opera theatre thanks to stunning location. I had reasonably large room with a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. Pleased it had bidet.
The staff were careless, didn't expect that coming.

I had a pleasant stay and would stay here again, thanks. The hotel was clean and ideal, had excellent wi-fi. It was minutes away from Camera di San Paolo, truly enjoyed its location in the heart of the old town. Brand-new rooms where sufficiently large, and the beds were extra large.

Everything was good, fantastic location close to all the main sights, the staff were accommodating. There were a terrace, excellent free WiFi, and a safe in the room, enjoyed that. I had a really really nice time at this hotel and would happily return.
